Science Learning Centre London Study Visit to Down House

Contemporary Science: Study Visit to Down House

on 9 May 2009

at Down House 10:30am - 1:30pm

The Science Learning Centre London offers a series of occasional study visits to sites of STEM interest around London. These take place on a Saturday or in school holidays to enable teachers to attend with out having to take time out of school. They aim to enhance teachers' knowledge about various aspects of contemporary science as well as allowing them to check out some of the venues as possibiliites for school visits.

The visit will include an optional  tour of Darwin's Garden by The Charles Darwin Trust. This will provide teachers with a taster of the topics covered in the programmes for schools and teachers available at Down House through English Heritage and The Charles Darwin Trust.

Please visit the Science Learning Centre London website to register and confirm your place.
